Near infrared camouflage pigment
JP-X series composite inorganic pigments have excellent weather resistance, light retention, high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, environmental protection and stable performance. They are widely used in new camouflage coatings, high temperature resistant coatings, water-based coatings, etc. Pigments include: cobalt green JP-X9005, chromium green JP-X9025, titanium yellow JP-X8015, composite titanium red JP-X7015, cobalt blue JP-X6005, copper chromium black JP-X5005, reflective titanium white JP-X1005.
Antirust material for waterborne system
Junpo functional powder has launched environmental protection and low toxicity material zinc strontium phosphonate jp-b808 to replace the traditional strontium chrome yellow antirust material exceeding the standard of heavy metals, meeting the requirements of the new standard and universal water and oil. Its advantages include:
- Convenience: add the same amount of chromium antirust pigment on the market without changing the coating formula;
- Performance: the anti-corrosion and antirust performance is better than that of chromium antirust pigment (see the following experimental cases for details);
- Cost: the price is almost similar to that of conventional chromium pigments on the market;
- Environmental protection: the required environmental protection limit can be limited by hazardous substances.
Conductive particles for powder coatings
BC-K series conductive particles are inorganic nano conductive materials used to make conductive and antistatic powder coatings. The biggest feature is that the powder paint film can be made of any solid or light color, no mottled spots and good leveling; The conductivity does not decay with the change of time, temperature and air humidity, and the surface resistance of the paint film is permanently stable; It does not affect the powder feeding performance and does not drop powder. A single kilogram of powder can be sprayed with more than 10 square meters; The spraying requirements are not high. It can be sprayed with thickness of 300um or conductive.
Inorganic powder homogenizer
BC-L series powder equalizing agent is a new type of inorganic charge regulator. Depending on the conductive mechanism, it can evenly charge powder particles with different particle sizes, effectively reduce the powder resistivity, improve the powder loading rate of powder coating and improve the coverage of groove corners. Compared with common organic power enhancers and one shot powder, it has significantly improved the powder application, which is real and effective.
